Children's Data Policy

This children's data policy explains how Kognevo handles personal data of children under Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We do not target children

Our services are not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. This website is for businesses and professionals. Contact forms include an age gate: you must confirm you are 18 years of age or older before submitting personal data. We do not operate a parental consent flow because we do not intend to process children's data.

If a child submits data

If you believe a child under 18 has submitted personal data through our contact form or otherwise, contact the Grievance Officer at privacy@kognevo.in. We will delete that data promptly and confirm once done.

SchoolSync and schools

SchoolSync is an enterprise school ERP sold to institutions. Where a school is the Data Fiduciary for student data, that school determines the lawful basis and parental consent.Kognevo acts on the school's documented instructions as a processor in those engagements.
